2025 Leadership Breakfast

Join us for our inaugural Brooks-Newell Leadership Breakfast, a signature Chamber of Commerce event that brings together leaders from across our region. This is your opportunity to engage directly with regional decision-makers, participate in open dialogue, and help shape the conversation that drives our communities forward.

Evolving from the Chamber's Mayor’s Breakfast, to later incorporate our Mayors and Reeves within the region, we are now bringing this event to the Brooks-Newell region with a new format and fresh approach, following the recent municipal elections.

This new format reflects our commitment to regional collaboration and leadership. Following the recent municipal elections, we’re proud to welcome both elected officials and senior administrators from our participating municipalities, providing an opportunity to hear from our Chief Elected Officers and Chief Administrative Officers in the Brooks-Newell region.

The Mayor of Brooks, Reeve of the County of Newell and Mayor of Rosemary will join our CAOs from each of these three municipalities to give you a perspective of the roles of the elected representatives and role of municipal administration within a City, Town and County and the work that happens within the region.

You will hear from our elected representatives on their roles on Council and the potential priorities they will bring forward for the upcoming term, followed by the CAO speaking about the role of municipal administration and the municipality's successes and achievements over the past year.

We’ll have the opportunity to hear how each municipality is managing transitions, onboarding new council members, maintaining momentum on current initiatives, and aligning strategic priorities going into 2025–2026.
