Primary Duties

Set up Front of House (FOH) for efficient service. Clean, re-stock, and communicate shortages and needs.

Greet guests warmly and perform the service cycle consistently, ensuring a flawless guest experience.

Ensure efficient and accurate orders, communication to the kitchen, and item delivery.

Perform accurate cash-in and cash-out procedures, be accountable for all bills and transactions in your area.

Assist with periodic inventory, cleaning, and organization.

Other duties as assigned

Required Skills

Strong attention to detail. Performs every task with accuracy and pride.

1 year of experience in upscale serving.

Impeccable customer service skills, positive attitude, outgoing personality, and ability to thrive under pressure.

Organization and efficiency. Work clean and be very attentive to the overall presentation of the FOH area.

Valid and current ProServe.
