"School of Trades" Industry Meet & Greet

CAREERS and Prairie Rose Regional School Division are hosting an Industry Meet & Greet for students in the Prairie Rose "School of Trades" dual credit program in partnership with Medicine Hat College and students in the Registered Apprenticeship Program.

Lunch will be provided for all students and participating industry professional

This informal event gives students the opportunity to practice essential employability and soft skills in a real-world setting. While students have developed hands-on trade skills through their dual credit coursework, this session will focus on communication skills such as talking about themselves, answering questions, and engaging professionally.

Industry professionals will meet with students in small groups to ask questions, share insights, and offer feedback. Whether you are currently hiring or simply interested in connecting with future trades professionals, your participation helps students build confidence in a low-pressure, casual environment.
