The Steaming Cup has been operating in the City of Brooks for nearly 16 years and the owner is ready for retirement.  The business and building make this a viable business for the right person/family. The cafe utilizes the main and basement level for it's operation. The upper level 1 bedroom plus den is currently a rental, but could be used as owner living quarters as well.
