Event Overview: The Southeast Alberta Chamber of Commerce invites you to our Workforce Roundtable, an collaborative discussion aimed at bridging the gap between employment service providers and employers. This event will focus on identifying barriers for both job seekers and employers, understanding the challenges each group faces, while working collaboratively to find solutions and bridge the workforce gap, fill vacancies and raise awareness about the services and supports available for employers.
Who Should Attend:
- Employment Service Providers: Share your insights and strategies to better connect job seekers with employers.
- Employers: Discuss your hiring needs, learn about the obstacles job seekers encounter, and find effective solutions to attract the right talent.
