The Southeast Alberta Chamber of Commerce Health and Wellness Committee has a vision: “To build Southeast Alberta as a destination hub for Health and Wellness.”

The Purpose: To represent the region’s health and wellness sector by creating a forum to listen and respond to industry concerns and identify and address ways to connect and support the Health and Wellness sector.

Meeting Format

The meeting will start with roundtable introductions, which will provide an opportunity for attendees to introduce their businesses, how long they’ve been in the health and wellness sector, any questions they have for the group, along with something they have learned, or a resource they found recently that they would like to share with others.

We'll tackle any emerging issues or industry questions that came up during the roundtable. 

We'll then do another roundtable to provide people an opportunity to share any updates, events and announcements they have in their business. 

At the end of the May meeting, we will highlight what actions each person will take as a result of the information shared. We will also host a post-meeting workshop for members to learn about the Member Info Hub and how to add and post content. 

The first hour will be the business of the meeting, with the second hour (for those who can stay) focused on more hands-on learning, so bring your device (laptop, smartphone, or other device that you feel comfortable working on).
