A strength-based pre-employment program that prepares participants for success in work, training, and beyond. IM&M+ is a 10-week cohort-based program for job seekers who need additional support before pursuing employment or occupational training. Through a supportive, strengths-based approach, participants gain the tools, guidance, and confidence to overcome barriers, build momentum, and move toward heir next step.
