At Auto-Star, we’re shaking up the merchant services and point of sale (POS) industry for small businesses. Our ClearTEQ POS platform is built for modern retailers, and we’re looking for an ambitious Sales Representative to help us bring it to market.

This is a unique opportunity for a budding sales professional who thrives in an in-office environment and in the field. You'll work from our Medicine Hat office, supported by our expert team, while building relationships and closing deals with businesses in your community.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective merchant services and POS customers in your territory
• Conduct inbound and outbound sales activities (calls, emails, online demos, in-person visits)
• Present solutions to small business owners with a focus on value, service, and long-term growth
• Become a trusted partner, helping clients navigate the competitive and evolving payments landscape
• Collaborate with our team to achieve individual and company goals

What You Bring

• Outbound selling experience in a quota-based, B2B or B2C environment
• Strong presentation and communication skills – you know how to connect with people
• A customer-first mindset – you care about helping businesses succeed
• A team player attitude – ready to pitch in beyond your core role when needed
• Personal accountability & integrity – you set goals and hit them the right way
• A valid driver’s license –travel to client sites in Medicine Hat and surrounding areas
• Retail, sales, or entrepreneurial experience – you understand the challenges of small business
• Merchant services or POS industry knowledge is a strong asset
