The City of Brooks is seeking a qualified contractor to complete a boiler upgrade at its Community Cultural Center in Brooks, Alberta. The scope of work includes the safe removal and disposal of the existing five (5) boilers, one (1) hot water tank and associated components. Installation of a new five (5) high efficiency boilers and one (1) hot water heater with all required parts, integration with existing infrastructure, engineering, and testing, and obtaining boiler certification. The successful completion of this project will ensure the facility meets current safety standards, operates efficiently, and provides reliable service for Community Cultural Center operations.
