Bio: 

Randy Valk is a visionary entrepreneur and the driving force behind two innovative businesses, Grassroots Landscaping & Irrigation (GRL) and Grassroots Resource Optimization (GRO), both proudly based in Alberta, Canada. In 2020, he assumed leadership of GRL, a company with a 48-year legacy as a cornerstone of Southern Alberta. This rich history, paired with his personal journey has been the catalyst for his unwavering commitment to personal and professional growth and his passion for lifelong learning.

Over the years, Randy has immersed himself in the teachings of leadership and business thought leaders such as Jim Collins, Pat Lencioni, and John Maxwell. He has not only learned from John Maxwell but also had the privilege of meeting and engaging with him on a personal level. As a John Maxwell Team Certified Speaker and Coach, Randy embraces the principles of servant leadership, effective communication, and personal development to guide both himself and those around him.

Today, Randy is driven by a mission to create meaningful community impact through innovative resource management and landscaping solutions. Equally important to him is building strong, cohesive teams rooted in a culture of trust, collaboration, and shared purpose—especially in one of the most challenging job markets in recent memory.
