Joining the Chamber of Commerce wasn’t always an easy decision for me. In the past, I had an experience where I didn’t feel supported, and it left me questioning the value of being a member.

When the Southeast Alberta Chamber of Commerce introduced changes and expanded to include Brooks, I was invited to give it another try. I was honest about my concerns—but I also decided to keep an open mind.

I’m glad I did.

Since rejoining, the support has been completely different. The Chamber has helped me navigate my business, opened doors to meaningful connections, and consistently kept me informed about new opportunities. More importantly, they’ve been present—offering guidance and support every step of the way.

Sometimes, growth means giving things a second chance. For me, it made all the difference.
